Moving fast in the shower yesterday, I threw out my back. Then I remembered the endless New Year’s Resolutions of doing Pilates daily. And bought this pack of 3 DVDs:
Pilates For Beginners & Beyond Boxed Set (Pilates for Inflexible People / Pilates Complete for Weight Loss / Pilates Complete Sculpt and Tone). NB: Not all exercises may be for you. Use the DVD wisely, always thinking of moves your physical therapist taught you to avoid. Don’t overstrain and don’t do Pilates while in pain.
